She has studied with Masters Tung Kai-Ying, Ha Fong and Yu Wen-Mei and is a Certified Teacher of the Alexander Technique. Her method of teaching blends western Alexander Technique principles of balanced and coordinated use of the body with the rich lineage of T'ai Chi Ch'uan that she has acquired in over 40 years of study.
